With reference to your letter (53696/35) of the 25th

June on the subject of the Medical Registration Ordinance,

1935, of Hong Kong, I am directed by the President of the

Council to express regret that by inadvertence you have not

previously been informed that the Executive Committee of

the Council, at their meeting on the 24th February, approved

the reply (31620) of the 12th February sent by his direction

to Mr.Cowell's letters (53696/35) of the 5th December, 1935,

and the 6th February in the matter.
